- You advise our clients holistically on strategy, technology, IT architecture, and digital business models, helping to derive the right options and priorities
- You translate complex technical content into clear, decision-ready messages, e.g., through structured analyses, recommendations, and presentation-ready materials
- You manage relevant stakeholders, facilitate alignments and workshops, and collaborate closely with internal experts and external partners

Your Profile
- You hold a degree in business, STEM (MINT), or a comparable field and can quickly grasp and structure complex technical and strategic topics
- You bring relevant experience in consulting, IT, or transformation environments (Consultant: ~2–4 years / Senior: ~4–6 years) and have already taken on responsibility in projects
- You are strong in project and stakeholder management, able to set priorities, steer workstreams, and remain composed under pressure
- You work analytically, in a structured and pragmatic way, and derive clear, actionable recommendations from complex topics
- You have a solid understanding of technology (e.g., IT architecture, cloud, AI, platforms) and can confidently assess technologies in the context of digital business models
- You enjoy working in a team, actively support your colleagues, involve them effectively, and proactively seek feedback for your own development
- You communicate clearly and effectively in both German and English and are comfortable working internationally, including willingness to travel
