(Senior) Executive Advisor (m/f/d)

Berlin, Remote, Zurich
Full-time
Permanent employee

Your Role

  • You bring deep consulting expertise and several years of experience in complex projects, taking on a central role as a strategic sparring partner to our clients
  • You have a clear area of expertise (e.g., IT strategy, a specific industry, payments, data & AI, organizational development, IT architecture, or similar) and apply this knowledge to structure complex challenges, develop options, and prepare decisions
  • You confidently guide senior stakeholders through, among others, politically sensitive situations, create orientation and alignment, and support decision-making processes through to completion
  • You develop executive-level storylines, present at management level, and set the standard for clarity, quality, and professionalism in critical moments
  • You identify risks and dependencies in projects at an early stage and proactively initiate appropriate measures before they escalate
  • You actively shape the development of our client relationships, identify growth and value-creation opportunities, and build strong management-level networks that you develop over time
  • You have a lasting impact on the team beyond projects through knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and the development of reusable methods, frameworks, and best practices

Your Profile

  • You have several years of experience in consulting, industry, or a comparable role (approx. 8–10 years) and have successfully delivered complex transformation, strategy, or technology projects
  • You have built deep expertise in a clearly defined domain (e.g., IT strategy, payments, data & AI, operating model, organizational development, or IT architecture) and apply it effectively in demanding project environments
  • You quickly grasp complex interdependencies, bring structure to ambiguity, and derive clear courses of action
  • You are confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and excel in storylining, executive communication, and tailoring complex content to your audience — in presentations, workshops, and management settings
  • You work independently, in a structured and quality-driven manner, and integrate your expertise effectively into multidisciplinary teams
  • You communicate clearly and appropriately for your audience — including in politically sensitive or conflict situations — in both German and English, and enjoy working in an international environment (including willingness to travel)
  • You hold an excellent academic degree (business, STEM, or comparable)

Our Benefits

  • Work culture and collaboration: You work in an environment where curiosity, trust, and ownership are not just values, but part of everyday life. What matters here is what you contribute – not your title
  • Learning, knowledge and professional excellence: You collaborate with experienced industry, technology, and transformation experts who share a strong commitment to quality and actively pass on their knowledge. Learning and development are integral parts of how we work
  • Your personal development: Instead of rigid career paths, you grow along your strengths and interests. Regular feedback, individual development perspectives, and the opportunity to build your own topics support you in this journey
  • Working models and conditions: You shape your work in a flexible way that fits you and your projects – whether remote, in our offices in Berlin or Zurich, or on-site with clients. Modern IT equipment, powerful tools, and tailored mobility solutions support you
