- You work closely with the founders, gain deep insights into strategic decision-making and entrepreneurial thinking, and actively help build Amaranth – from strategy to hands-on execution
- You act as a sparring partner for strategic and operational decisions, bringing your own perspective to the company’s growth journey
- You develop new business ideas and go-to-market strategies and drive their execution
- You structure complex topics, derive sound decision bases, and translate them into actionable plans
- You drive projects end-to-end, both strategically and operationally
- You support business development, particularly in pitches, client meetings, and the development of new opportunities
- You prepare content for management formats, presentations, and events in a clear and audience-oriented way
- You coordinate cross-functional inputs, ensure quality and consistency, and act as an interface between teams, clients, and leadership

- You hold a degree in business, STEM or a comparable field and have a strong interest in the intersection of technology and business
- You have gained initial relevant work experience, ideally 1 to 3 years in a dynamic environment such as consulting, strategy or in close collaboration with senior management
- You think analytically and in a structured way and are able to translate complex topics into clear and concise outputs, particularly in PowerPoint
- You work independently, pragmatically and with a strong focus on quality
- You are curious, think in a connected way and enjoy contributing your own perspectives
- You are motivated to take on responsibility early and develop quickly
- You communicate confidently in both German and English
